Arcos is an UNDERWATER NATIONAL RESERVE that is protected by the Mexican
government. explaining the large population of tropical life. If you are looking for a great
and relaxing shallow dive that is sure to provide a ton of sea life... Then Los Arcos should
be considered.

Within swimming distance of the reef there is a wall, which sharply falls to 800 feet. The
beginning of the drop starts at 60 feet giving experienced divers a great wall dive,
combined with the deep blue abyss that lies below.

At night, Los Arcos is another great option for certified divers. On the menu for the evening
is a one-tank dive over the shallow reefs, providing unforgettable encounters with the
nocturnal sea life, Join us every Wednesday or Friday and explore the living reef for a 60
minute dive during the dark of the night. Discover the most amazing creatures and its rare
behaviors that come out only after the sun has gone down.

Is the perfect option for the whole family; The Sierra Madre mountainside extends directly
into the ocean forming lovely multi level walls covered in coral growth. Tons of small,
tropical life teems the area, with the close shore providing comfort ability to snorkelers and
divers.

If time is not a factor, one must consider our snorkeling/diving tour to Majahuitas Cove.
This tour offers boat only access to some of the bay’s best snorkeling/diving sites year
round.  The entire south side of the bay is made up of tiny coves that offer excellent
conditions for snorkeling/diving.  One can literally pick any spot along this coast line and
encounter an abundance of small, tropical life feeding off the shallow reefs and rock
formations

It is located in the mouth of Bandera’s Bay at 22 nautical miles west of Puerto Vallarta, and
the reef is so extensive that one could spend a full week of diving and not be able to enjoy
the entire underwater world of the islands. It must be mentioned that Jacques Yves
Cousteau chronicled the islands because of the variation of impressive life.

The reef depth ranges from 15 - 90 feet. Marietas holds the largest number of cleaning
stations in the entired Bay, mantas spend hours approaching this cleaning stations, this is
the place to encounter the Great Pacific Manta and chances are better than good. Once
again Marietas Islands will prove to be a memorable experience you will cherish and keep
as a souvenir to take back home.

The islands are the perfect home for snorkelers looking for shallow, coral reef bottoms and
tropical life, but the big attraction is the opportunity to spot huge pacific manta rays. The
mantas range in size from 8 - 14 feet, and frequent the islands because of the abundance
of plankton, its natural food source
